Marionberry Whiskey Sour
2oz. Marionberry Whiskey
1oz. Lemon juice
1 Egg white
Process: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with fresh berry and lemon wheel.
A Cold Drink in the Tropics
3/4oz. Lime Juice
2 sprigs of basil muddle and garnish
1oz. ginger lemongrass simple syrup*
2 Droppers Orange Blossom Messina Bitters
Add lemongrass ginger simple syrup and 2 basil leaves to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add ice, gin and lime juice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
*Ginger Lemon Grass simple syrup from @girlcooksworld Combine the ½ cup ginger, ½ cup lemongrass (bottom part of the stalks only- remove the woody top section), 2 cups sugar and 1 ¼ cup water in a small saucepan. Stir to combine and then bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 15 minutes to let the mixture reduce a bit. Remove from heat and let cool for about half an hour.
Strain the mixture into a bottle or jar. Use immediately or refrigerate for future use. Will keep for several weeks in the refrigerator.
Bourbon Blueberry Tart
1oz. Blueberry basil shrub
Process: Place all your ingredients except ice in a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with lime wedge and a sprig of basil.
1/4oz. Dry Sherry
1oz. Lillet Blanc
2 Droppers Aromatic Messina Bitters
Orange twist garnish
Place cocktail glass in the freezer to chil. Ass sherry, Lillet, gin, Messina Bitters. Add ice to the fill the cocktail shaker until half full. Sirt briskly with a bar spoon until thoroughly chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange twist.

2oz. Thomas and Sons Gin (This recipe was made with Thomas and Sons Gin in mind.) 2 slices of cucumber, plus more for garnish 1/2oz. Lime juice 1/4oz. Simple Syrup 1 Sprig of pineapple sage, plus more for garnish
Add Gin and cucumber to cocktail shaker and muddle. Add lime, simple syrup and ice and shake 20 seconds. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with cucumber slices and fresh pineapple sage.
3/4oz. Dry Vermouth
2 droppers Cardamom Messina Bitters
Add Gin Vermouth, Messina Bitters and ice to a cocktail shaker. Stir well, no need to shake with this one. Strain into chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with pickled onion.
